KYC Verification Process At Spinago
Spinago runs KYC checks when you request a withdrawal, when your deposits or withdrawals hit internal review thresholds, when account details change (name, address, email, phone), or when activity triggers an AML or fraud review.
The casino asks for documents through the account verification area or by replying to a support email, and it rejects files that are cropped, blurred, expired, or don’t match the account holder’s details.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear photo or scan of a government-issued document in your name (passport or national ID card; some regions accept a driver licence). Spinago checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and that the document is readable edge to edge.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 3 months that shows your full name and current residential address, such as a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots without issuer details and documents showing PO boxes instead of a residential address are commonly refused.
- Payment method: For bank cards, Spinago may ask for photos of the front and back of the card with the middle digits covered, while the first 6 and last 4 digits stay visible, plus the cardholder name and expiry date. For e-wallets, it may request a screenshot or PDF showing your wallet account name/email and recent transactions; for bank transfers, it may request a bank statement showing the account holder and IBAN/account number.
Spinago’s review time depends on queue and document quality: straightforward checks are commonly completed within 24–48 hours after submission, while manual reviews or mismatches can extend to 3–5 business days.
Once approved, Spinago marks the account as verified and processes withdrawals under the same name and payment method details used during KYC.
